ABOUT US
Born Out of Necessity
Our daughter Abby has Down Syndrome and as parents we promised to do whatever it took to provide her with the opportunity to grow, learn to achieve anything she desired. After years of Physical and Occupational Therapy, it became evident that I could assist her by creating & building therapy equipment to help aid in crawling, walking, balance, dexterity, hand strength, self dressing, pincer grasp, holding pencils, writing, opening door handles, opening jars, using zippers, and the list goes on. Through this process, my passion for building and creating was reignited.
Quality of Life
Quality of Life is something I wasn't sure existed for our daughter when she was born. Abby didn't move her arms for the first 6 months and that scared us to think that her quality of life would be so limited. Soon, those thought turned into a question of "How can we change this"? The answer was simple. Build her a tool that she can use to develop those areas in need. So we did...and Abby began to move and develop more and more each day. Not only did I decide to use my craft and God given talents to help children and adults have a better quality of life, I also decided to make beautiful furniture. When the dust settles something beautiful and unique is always waiting on the other side.
Just like every individual, each home, project, piece of furniture is created with love and is a one of a kind, a unique creation.
With Love and Passion, great things are created.
